All Krigsman classes are meant for everyone; of all-levels. They are here for your daily practice. Our Workshops and Series are for you to evolve your practice and to help you take it to the next level.

OG FLOW - HOT

These classes are a faster-paced 60 minute Vinyasa flow. OG Flow classes transition quickly between poses and emphasize the synchronization of breath and movement. Verbal cues and hands-on assists will ensure proper alignment and encourage you to practice with personal awareness. Infrared heat is used; the hotter temperature creates a detoxifying sweat that increases blood flow and flexibility.

SLOW YOUR FLOW - WARM

These classes are a moderate-paced 60 minute Vinyasa flow. They hold poses for longer periods of time. While Slow Your Flow has similar building blocks to our OG Flow, the postures are held longer and the pose-to-pose transitions are done at a more moderate pace. Verbal cues and hands-on assists will ensure proper alignment and encourage you to practice with personal awareness. Infrared heat is used to increase blood flow and flexibility; the temperature of the room is more moderate.
